The beautiful sandy beach is also within walking distance, ¾ mile from the house. This 3 bedroom villa has a south-facing private pool that is perfect for lazy days, as well as a contemporary interior. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms are included.

The location of Villa Carpe Diem is fantastic! Just 5 minutes' walk takes you to the family friendly resort of Calan Porter. There's a great selection of shops, bars and restaurants, which can be enjoyed by all the family. The fabulous beach is a sandy cove with turquoise waters and is ¾ mile from the villa. The popular Caves of Xoroi - a popular tourist attraction - are also 10 minutes' walk away.
