The villa is arranged over two floors, with the impressive master suite occupying the first floor. Complete with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and freestanding bathtub, and a private terrace overlooking the Mediterranean, it's a peaceful space to retreat to at the end of the day. The remaining three air-conditioned bedrooms are located on the ground floor, each with its own ensuite shower room, while two also enjoy direct access to the pool terrace.
Designed for relaxed holiday living, the bright, open-plan living area flows into a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast island, alongside a comfortable conservatory that opens directly onto the terrace. Outside, the south-facing pool area makes the most of the villa's enviable setting, with an infinity pool, integrated jacuzzi section, plenty of space for sunbathing and a covered dining area that's perfect for enjoying meals with a sea view.
Villa Cley's elevated location offers a wonderful sense of privacy and some of the best views in Son Bou. A hire car is recommended, allowing you to easily reach the resort's long sandy beach, restaurants and local amenities, while also providing the freedom to explore the rest of Menorca at your own pace.

Son Bou is home to the island's longest sandy beach, stretching for almost 2.5 km along Menorca's south coast. The gently shelving, crystal-clear waters make it a favourite with families, while the resort offers a good selection of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and bars. Nature lovers can also explore the protected wetlands behind the beach, while walkers can join the scenic Camí de Cavalls coastal path, which passes through this beautiful stretch of coastline.
Menorca Airport is around a 25-minute drive away, making Villa Cley an excellent choice for a hassle-free holiday. The island's attractive capital, Mahón (Maó), is also within easy reach, approximately 20 km from the villa.
Overlooking one of the world's largest natural harbours, Mahón is well worth a visit! Wander its historic streets, browse independent boutiques and local markets, enjoy waterfront dining in the picturesque marina, or discover attractions such as the Museum of Menorca and the contemporary Hauser & Wirth gallery on Illa del Rei with it's delicious restaurant, Cantina.
