This beautiful two-storey terraced house with a private pool and excellent views of the sea and the Son Bou beach is located in the Torre Solí Nou residential area. On the upper floor there is the common living-dining room area with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a double bedroom and the outdoor laundry room. There is also a covered terrace with a barbecue area, offering excellent sea views.On the lower floor there are two double bedrooms, a shared bathroom and a master bedroom with a private bathroom with a bathtub. Air conditioning is available in the common areas of both floors. The pool area and its terrace offer the opportunity to fully enjoy the outdoor spaces of the house.
