It is on the left-hand side facing the sea. The house has its own private entrance, parking area and is a two-storey property.



Upstairs houses most of the rooms; there is a cosy lounge/ dining area featuring a Menorcan style chimney, a fully reformed and equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. From the outside partially covered terrace you can enjoy the wonderful sea views. Downstairs, on the same level as the pool, there is a double room with its own bathroom. This has its own entrance separate to the rest of the property. The pool area has a large terrace and a practical outside shower. The pool is rectangular.
