Mobility Statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide, this path is crazy paved. The front door has a width of 70cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 100cm wide. From the lounge patio doors, there are 2 steps down to the poolside. The pool area is flat and tiled, whilst the pool has an edging around it. This is a ground floor property. The first bedroom on your right, has a door width of 70cm. The main bathroom door is 60cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 280cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 90cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
