Villa Rouss is a nice 3 bedroom villa located a few minutes walk from the center of Cala'n Porter. This popular area caters for all with a good range of shops and restaurants within walking distance. It has air conditioning in the bedrooms and free Wi-Fi.Inside we find a large kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave, combi-type refrigerator, capsule coffee machine, Italian coffee maker and washing machine.It consists of 3 double bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, the other two double bedrooms with single beds share a bathroom with a shower. The maximum capacity of the villa is 6 people.The cozy living room is well furnished with tables, chairs, comfortable sofas and a TV.
