Precious villa of about 200 square metres of construction, consisting of three Mediterranean-style bedrooms, located very close to Son Bou beach and the shopping centre. It has a private car access and the entire house is built on the same level, making it very comfortable.



From the street, you go up a ramp to the terrace level where there is a lovely outdoor area with exterior furniture and access to the villa. Inside, it has a wonderful living-dining room with TV, air conditioning and through an arch you access the fully equipped kitchen.



The villa has three bedrooms, the main bedroom, slightly larger, with a double bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom, and the other 2 with single beds and a fan. Finally, an independent bathroom.



From the living room, you access the exterior which consists of two areas. The first area, equipped with furniture and barbecue to enjoy with family and friends and the second area where the private swimming pool is located with very good views and outdoor furniture.
