The Zodiaco Villas are 2 attached villas. The Zodiaco Aries villa is located in the urbanisation of Son bou, about 600 metres from the beach of the same name. It consists of 3 double bedrooms with a maximum capacity of 2 people. It has a spacious living-dining room with a window that gives access to the terrace with magnificent views of the sea and the sunset of Menorca. The main floor consists of a living room with ceiling fans, free WIFI for clients, Smart TV, bluetooth. Beautiful kitchen, well-equipped, with electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, electric and capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave, fridge with freezer. Next to the living room there is a bathroom with a bathtub and hair dryer. On the lower floor, the 3 double bedrooms are distributed, one of them with a double bed and two of them with 2 single beds each. All bedrooms have air conditioning. There is a bathroom with a shower with a hair dryer.
The outdoor area consists of a private swimming pool with a very well-maintained private garden and a brick barbecue. In the exterior part below the stairs is the washing machine.
