A blu-ray player with a library of over 100 Blu-Ray/DVD titles for adults and kids is also provided. A great selection of family board games is also available for your enjoyment. High speed internet is provided and will support work-from-home and multiple devices streaming at the same time.

This apartment was recently upgraded to ice cold Refrigerated Air Condition and Forced air heating. Most properties in Albuquerque are cooled by swamp coolers which can have troubles keeping spaces cool enough during high temps or high humidity. The world-famous Sandia Peak Tramway is a short 10-minute drive from the apartment. Ride the tram to the top of Sandia Mountains to enjoy beautiful views of the city of Albuquerque below, access to Sandia Peak Ski Resort in the winter and mountain biking in the summer.

Sandia Resort & Casino is only 15 minutes away, featuring an award-winning golf course open to the public, spa services, restaurants and concerts throughout the year.

Take a quick drive via I-40 to historic Albuquerque Old Town where you can shop the Plaza for authentic hand-crafted turquoise and silver jewelry.
