Room was very clean and did not have the antiseptic odor many hotels have. Staff was very courteous and there was always someone at the front desk ready to assist. Lobby and decorations were fabulous in the old New Mexican style. There is a good restaurant on site but also many other options within walking distance. Old town Albuquerque is also a short walk with plenty of history and shopping. All in all I was very happy with choosing to stay at Hotel Albuquerque.

Have stayed here twice so far and loved both times! Great facilities overall. Love the pool and hot tub. Love the vibe. The staff is lovely. Love that it's walking distance to the Sawmill Market and enjoyed the hotel in the restaurant. The whole experience was perfect. Oh! And the view of the mountains and city was incredible. The room was great. It was all great. Will definitely be back.

There's a very sneaky amenities deposit thing that they try to do. They promised that if you don't use them in a days you will receive your deposit back but I was charged $25 a day for amenities I did not use. Do not agree to the amenities deposit when you check in!
