Got two rooms for a family, tried to call to get them joined, and nobody answered for hours. Ended up having to ask at the desk when I checked in, but fortunately they had rooms available. The rooms weren't terrible, but lacked cleaning. Found old candy and cookie crumbs all over, and used q-tips in the closet. It was a place to sleep for the night. Breakfast from 6:30-8:30 was decent: waffles, cereal, yogurt, toast, eggs, and sausage. The food was mostly gone by 8:15 and they didn't want to prep anything else. Checkout was at noon, so we wanted to hit the pool before leaving but it was closed for service.

The room was dirty stains on the floor they dont have cribs called and asked about there pool being open they said yes upon arrival they said it was closed. Which was the reason of renting a room we wanted to swim and wouldn't give a refund. Staff was rude asked for a couole blankets for our baby sinc we there was no crib. She rolled her eyes and kept looking at her phone and told us very rudely if she has some she would let ys know. Brought them to our door and said we are very busy we cant be doing things like this.

For the price, it was worth it for the service not so much stayed at a lot of hotelsin my travels but this was just mid tier at best and even though we arrived at three in the morning, we still had to have a early check out despite requesting late checkout, so definitely not a very accommodatable place even for the breakfast as it only stayed open one hour instead of two

Maintenance required

Desk staff was friendly. Condition of my room was not the best. Toilet ran constantly and shower had a constant, fast drip. Lock was broken on balcony door with a loose bracket deadbolt for the slider. Breakfast was decent.

The front desk staff was fantastic! The carpet had noticeable stains and uneven lumps throughout the floor. The bathtub grout was visibly old and grimy, so we opted not to shower. The sliding door was extremely difficult to open, and when we finally managed to get outside, the area was littered with cigarette butts and dog feces, making it feel uninviting. The parking lot is quite small, and the exterior doors could use an upgrade. The bed itself was very comfortable, though the pillows were flat and lacked support. For the price, it was decent and conveniently located for our needs.

Good Value

The building needs updating (the outside of the bldg needs painting, some small stains in the tub, etc), but it was very clean and a very good value for the amount they charged. Very nice front desk people.
