We had a room at the front, above reception. It was quite noisy, as buses started very early, and would stand revving the engine under the window. Otherwise, location, staff, cleanliness were perfect.

It’s a nice hôtel, very well located. The staff at reception was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The windows block all noise coming from the street. However, we can hear people talking in the corridor and we also heard the alarm clock from the next room. Luckily, it was a quiet night so we had a good sleep. We would return to this hotel.

The room was very very hot. Aircon was switched off and there was no window to the the outside for fresh air. We could not change the room because the hotel was full. So we did not sleep for two nights. we were told by reception that these rooms tend to be the ones assigned to Hotels.com bookers

Staff, room and hotel were all 5 stars. Our only issue was the constant sound of banging door. After traveling for over 12 hours we just needed sleep and it was nearly impossible

The hotel is in a great location and is to high standard and decor. That said it’s probably one of the hardest events I’ve ever slept on and one of the smallest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. My asessment is based on the fact that I think the hotel was a little disingenuous. It was an extremely warm room and the air-conditioning did not work apparently because it had been switched off at the mains. It was too hot to sleep.
