They charge $5 for parking, not a downtown area. And then they double charged me for the room. I had to call for them to refund. I find Sonesta to be unethical. Same kind of weird behavior at another Sonesta a week earlier.

The room was not cleaned well. Dirty dishes in the cabinet the bathroom had stuff on the floor and in the toilet. They charged $75 for a 8 lb dog for one night. This is more than the whole room cost!

Ridiculous fee for dog (much higher than competitors), old, tired, hotel. Can’t call front desk from phones, no ice maker, no meals. Go to a cheaper, better competitor.
