Great staff. I was there 7 days and they eere slways helpful and courteous. Room was mostly clean and not real rundown. TV was bigger than 32" so easy to see. Liked it came with a recliner. Mechanism was somewhat screwed up but i finally got it to recline and left it that way.The kitchen counter had sticky spots and crumbs. Dishes were not really clean. Walking distance to Walmart and fast food places. Would definately stay again

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Quiet (industrial) area. Mildew/mold in bathroom grout and corners of the bathroom. Amazing water pressure! Parking not included in room rate. Don’t accept cash, and cant pay for parking separately from card held for incidentals. Staff was great.

Kevin at the front desk is extremely rude. I reserved a room for a week to help finalize things for my dying father who is in the final stages of cancer. Unfortunately, my wallet was stolen recently and I had to get a temporary driver's license issued by the New Mexico MVD. The temporary driver's license is official government issued documentation valid for all types of identification. It says right on the temporary driver's license that it is valid with or without the old identification. Kevin repeatedly rolled his eyes, smirked, giggled, and laughed when I try to plead the case that my old id was stolen and I needed to find some way to secure the room. He blatantly refused to contact any kind of management for approval. He repeatedly insisted that he was under no obligation to take official government issued documentation that clearly states right on the document is official documentation for all types of identification. It would be one thing if the desk clerk contacted some type of management to ensure he wasn't accepting documentation he shouldn't. But to act like he was the state deciding factor on what qualifies as official documentation and laugh at a paying guest is absolutely absurd. I would absolutely not recommend staying at this hotel. Even if you are not trying to use a temporary driver's license, I can guarantee you that if you have any issues Kevin will give you a hard time.

The room was not clean they said there was no house keepers and it showed. The stay was good I was very upset that the dishwasher was broken but there were dishes unwashed. The dishes in the cabinet were also dirty. I was a housekeeper so I cleaned while there two days

Everything was great for the price. The area is sketchy and the lobby smells kinda funky. The staff was nice. Didn’t think they would charge for parking after a prepaid room. The room was clean and had all the amenities you need.
