Très mauvaise expérience chambre sale odeur de cigarette quelques éléments abîmées donc très déçu je m'attendais à beaucoup mieux la première fois mais ce sera la dernière. Cordialement

Nous avions contacté l’hotel puis laissé un commentaire dans notre réservation pour signaler que nous étions 5 dont 3 enfants et que nous souhaiterions des chambres communicantes. Le monsieur au téléphone nous avait confirmé 2 chanvres dans un sas au lieu de cela, en arrivant on nous a proposé 2 chambres à des étages différents... la dame de l’accueil a changé pour 2 chambres au même niveau et très éloignées, problème de communication!!!
