Our sofa bed had no sheets or pillows. A/C was not strong. Breakfast was good. Man at front desk in the morning was nice. I prayed that the elevator opened every time I had to get on it.

Not clean, bed sheets looks stained. Carpet needs vacuuming. Tub looks really dirty,I wore shower shoes because of how dirty it looked. Bed sheets were very wrinkly. Plug ins didn’t work except by the bed and they were very loose. For a Wyndham property I was very disappointed. Too much money for the condition of the room.

Rude and gross

The only person who was nice and welcoming was the young lady at the front desk. The men from India who run this hotel were rude, rude, rude! Our room smelled like cheese and feet. The restroom was clean. I would not stay here ever again because of the inhospitable treatment from the staff. The van driver, the front desk guy, all of them, so rude. We didn’t eat their gross breakfast either.

Transportation system was excellent but driver could have at least open the door to assist us. The cost was extremely high for what is being offered. A suite with a microwave but no silverware, plates, bowls or condiments not even a bottle of water. Glad it was just for a night abs near the airport.

My room was not very clean or maintained. Cigarette burns on furniture, hair in the bathroom. In addition they clean the rooms very late in the day, like 4pm. They are charging peak season prices and giving off peak service. You are better off paying even higher prices to stay at another property down the street.

Convenient shuttle, not far from the airport, clean comfortable room. Arrived late at night so I didn't really see the neighborhood. There is not a restaurant on the premises so best to dine before checking in. The next time I overnight in Anchorage I'll book another room.

Flophouse vibe…dirty, non-existent staff. Signed up for 6:30 am shuttle and was standing outside the front door at 6:20. When no sign of shuttle by 6:40, I finally found a staff member who called a cab, but shuttle arrived before cab. Shuttle driver works for 2 hotels and is set up for failure. This seems to be a common experience too! I paid almost $400 for the night. I have spent nights in a lot of hotels and other types of accommodations - this is on the top 3 worst experiences. PS was not expecting much either.
