This property offers worldclass service. All the employees are very professional, helpful, and polite. The food is topnotch. It tastes amazing and is very safe (no food poisoning). The hotel has a great location and malls and other shopping avenues are very close. Taxis are available in the hotel and are very reasonably priced. Overall, this hotel offers a luxury experience. Highly recommended. Ps. A large pool with multiple sections is available. The beach is a few minutes away by walking. There are great bike lanes right outside the hotel (for scooters too).

The staff at Rixo are exceptional. Special thanks to Hilmi at reception, who checked in on us after arrival, and Fatima, who was always ready to help. Also, a warm shout-out to the Real Madrid fan manager—she’ll know who she is! She always greeted us with a smile. At the +16 buffet, the wait staff were fantastic—attentive, friendly, and quick to remember our preferences. Our table and drinks were always ready without asking. We saw other guests taking food out, so assumed it was okay. When we took a small plate of pastries, we were told food must stay inside. While we understood and complied, though it felt inconsistent that others seemed to be doing the same without being stopped. There are plenty of bars with no long waits, and the +16 areas offer a more relaxed atmosphere. Rooms are very clean, if slightly dated, but we were told refurbishments are underway. A mention to the cheerful man with the supply cart who restocked our room daily, and to the female lifeguard at the adult pool—always alert and professional. The beach area is lovely with a private section, though a few non-guests wandered through. The shuttle to Land of Legends was great, but more time slots would improve flexibility. The resort’s AI features stood out—QR codes made ordering and service requests super easy. Finally, the concierge was outstanding, ensuring our luggage was ready and departure stress-free. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Hotel was really nice, specially staff was very courteous and helpful. Services and activities offered were great too. I would strongly recommend it to people traveling with kids given the variety of food and amazing pool areas. Bars and dining options were great too. Shuttle services to land of legends and beach were very good. Few things that could have been better are room service and laundry options, in our 4 days stay, i could tell that room was never vacuumed. Also as a hotel with pools and beach, a self service laundry area is always helpful specially if you are in the pool the night before your air travel.

I recently stayed at Rixos Downtown Antalya, and while the hotel is not brand new, the overall experience was outstanding thanks to its excellent service, delicious food, and dedicated staff. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and consistently looked after. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive, making sure every detail of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. A special mention goes to Anna and Cemal from the Guest Relations desk – they were truly exceptional. Their support and attention throughout our stay made a big difference. They were always available, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us. The food quality across all restaurants was impressive – a wide variety of fresh, flavorful dishes with something for everyone. The service in the dining areas was also top-notch, with prompt and courteous staff. The beach experience was a highlight. The hotel’s private beach club is very well maintained – clean, spacious, and with crystal-clear waters. The beach club offers food and drink service, which added an extra layer of comfort and convenience while enjoying the sea. Overall, Rixos Downtown Antalya delivers a high standard of hospitality and comfort. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Antalya who values great service, excellent cuisine, and a beautiful beach atmosphere.

Nice hotel

Really enjoyed this hotel , it’s a small Rixos and more personal. The sports activities that are included are run well and really enjoyed them. The drinks were excellent and genuine unlike Rixos Seagate in Egypt which is meant to be premium. Spa doesn’t have a jacuzzi which is a shame. I liked the entertainment but was mainly all bands so could do with a little more variety. Room was nice and had sea view which was lovely. Beach for me was disappointing as all stones so beach shoes are a must but the Rixos area of the beach was nice. Land of legends was included along with transfers and that was good

Stayed 2 days at Rixos downtown. Ceyla M. has been amazing and very kind throughout our stay and has been a great help. We wished we stayed longer. The food was amazing and service was first class. We will definetly be visiting this resort again.
