Monsieur, Nous sommes désolés pour votre déconvenue. Mais vous oubliez de dire que vous aviez réservé pour 2 personnes et à l'arrivée vous étiez 3. Il est vrai que nous avons fait une erreur de date: votre chambre était réservée le lendemain.Mais nous n'aurions pas pu vous recevoir à la bonne date puisque nous n'avions pas de chambre triple de disponible.Nous vous avons trouvé une chambre SUPERIEURE dans un établissement 4 étoiles alors que nous ne sommes que 3 étoiles et nous avons réglé la différence de tarif .Vous étiez aimable et avez convenu que "tout le monde pouvait se tromper" lorsque je vous ai déposé à la porte de votre résidence de tourisme. Encore une fois, nous ne sommes pas habitués à pratiquer ce que vous appelez le sur-booking, ce n'est pas dans notre état d'esprit mais essayons d'arranger au mieux le problème lorsqu'il se présente. Et c'est la 1ère fois que cela se produisait en 43 ans ! Très sincèrement, La directrice, Josiane Perré
