Beautiful room with an amazing view of the mountains!! Amenities were top notch, they even had Epsom salts and bath oil for the huge soaking tub in our room. Definitely will stay here again when im back in Asheville.

Outstanding hotel. We have stayed at several hotels in Asheville and this was the best, hands down. The hotel—lobby, rooms, bar, etc—are beautiful. It is right in the center of town too, easy to walk to restaurants, bars, attractions, etc. We will stay here again next time we are in Asheville.

We had a wonderful experience! Jamie quickly upgraded us to a more accommodating room with the same great view, at no additional cost. We were welcomed with an anniversary gift of champagne and chocolate with a thoughtful note. The front staff were warm and professional, and the valet customer service was equally as professional. The hotel is really nice, and the beds are definitely the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, super comfortable. Loved the happy hour with free appetizers and wine 🍷 😀 Adam at the front desk was absolutely amazing. He is friendly, warm and very welcoming. He gave us great tips about great eateries and hangout places within walking distance. Adam rocks!!!
