We were glad to stay just a block outside the Biltmore entrance. Very convenient for our vacation. We were a family of five. We reserved a 2 bedroom 2 bath and had plenty of room.

Convenient, easy location for getting to and from key places in Asheville. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet accommodations. Kitchen outfitted with everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again.

Great space and even better location for the Biltmore. Fairly dated inside. Our unit was NOT very clean. Had not been vacuumed and kitchen wasn’t clean. Pool was closed for cleaning when we had hoped to use it mid afternoon. Pictures online make it appear more grand than it is in person.

My second time staying here and I like it for: studio suite has a balcony that is safe and secure to keep open at night, big bathroom, full kitchen. The cons for this stay: tiny ants in the kitchen and bathroom, hot tub/pool and elevator not working due to hurricane Helena, and that information is no where written on websites, very low pressure shower.

We were here for a week. The housekeeping staff was very attentive. It was a quiet stay up until our last night. Had it not been for the tenants staying above us, our stay would have been quiet the entire stay. The final night was extremely noisy and disruptive from 9pm til midnight and again first thing the next morning.

The fixtures in the apartment were nice. Bathroom was 10/10. My stay was comfortable. However the pull-out bed in the room was abominable and they should not expect anyone to be able to sleep on it. Also didn’t have sheets for it when I arrived. But otherwise no complaints really. I enjoyed my time spent there.

Best place in Asheville

This was one of the best places I have ever stayed at in Asheville. Great location, Azalea was a delicious restaurant, super comfy beds. We will stay here again in the future!

The property was great. Our room was very clean. The major problem we had was we were on the second floor and all day and all night. All you could hear was the people above us walking back-and-forth back-and-forth all night long! I will not stay here again!
