Dear Mr. Sameja, Thank you for taking the time to share with us your comments regarding your stay at The Vouliagmeni Suites.It is difficult to read that your stay was not up to our standards or your expectations, and we are disappointed we were unable to resolve any issues prior to your departure.Your report is not a fair reflection of our usually high level of service and although our intention was certainly not to make you feel uncomfortable in any way, we may understand that our quote of not swimming at the pool outside working hours may have given you an unwelcoming feeling. Unfortunately we are only limited by the law on working the pool always with a lifeguard and thus we have choosed the most suitable hours for the majority of the guests.I understand that you preferred to swim earlier than the opening time however we have not experienced this kind of complaint(especially for the hours before the opening of the pool from no other guest).However we will discuss your comments with the team thorouglly.Thank you again for taking the time to comment and for staying with us.

Public spaces have free WiFi. A seasonal outdoor pool, a terrace, and tour/ticket assistance are also featured at the family-friendly The Roc Club. An airport shuttle (available 24 hours) is available for a fee. Self parking is free. Smoking is allowed in designated areas at this 4-star Vari-Voula-Vouliagmeni hotel.
