Check-in went smoothly and staff were very friendly the entire time we were there. Rooms have been recently renovated, but there were definitely portions that still could use work. However, for what you got, the price couldn't be beat. Beds weren't the most comfortable, but everything seemed clean. Biggest complaint would be the Wi-Fi not working or being strong enough to reach our room the entire time. And the TV was a smart TV, which meant we couldn't watch anything while we were there since the Internet was not good.

We liked our stay (2 nights) room was exactly what we need, hot shower and clean and comfortable beds. Pool was something my kids was hoping for but sadly they were still working on it, everyday We saw somebody doing something to it but it was not ready😓. Breakfast its so, so: waffle, scramble eggs, sausage links, breads and little muffins, packs of oatmeals and cereals. Yogurt and juice was good though. For 2 days it was good. Thank you!

The staff attended me promptly to check in. The parking lot in the back is dark and needs more lighting. However, they do have cameras on the premises and a camera tower in the back. The room had an odd smell. The toilet and blow dryer both had several hairs on them. The pool looks like a nice size. They offer complimentary breakfast, which is always nice. It’s a decent room to spend a quick night.

Hotel was a nice safe place for me while in town working for 4 days. Breakfast was plentiful and filling, bathrooms and beds where clean and stocked, and site seemed safe and secure. Only real complaint was on my last night there(Saturday), they had booked the large conference room to a group, and had very loud music playing up until almost 2 am! Why would you allow any group to play music that loud and keep other guest up all night, knowing that some guest are workers or up early in mornings. That last night of no sleep cost them in their over all rating of what was a pretty good stay.

The room we were in had a damp floor from the door to the bathroom. There might be a leak somewhere in that room. The toilet didn't flush well. It took a few flushes to even flush. The shower never had hot water so we had to shower in lukewarm/cold water. Don't recommend, not the most comfortable haha. There are ants inside the bathroom, and other bugs we tried to avoid. The sink also sprayed everywhere when turned on. More water pressure than the shower had. The beds dipped on the insides where it felt like I was almost falling off if I slept on that side. The room smelled like chemicals, though you guys tried to fix it the first night. It went right back to smelling like chemicals a few hours later. The pillows had some dirt or stains on them. The towels we were given for the shower also had stains on them. Lastly, the door was hard to open to get into the room. Overall the staff was very nice and tried to help us, but we couldn't get another room because you guys were fully booked for the concert. We appreciate the help the staff tried to give us, but overall the experience of the room was very very poor. We didn't spend much time in the hotel at all because of this.

First of all the elevator closest was out of order. The elevator we took had not been serviced since 2023. Our whole floor smelt like weed ( mind you I’m 9 weeks pregnant) there was old water damage in our room and when we first got there, there was no water and when we told front desk they were like yeah yeah there’s water. We couldn’t flush the toilet or shower. For newly renovated hotel this place sucked. I’m just glad we only stayed one night
