First of all the floor was dusty as if it hadn’t been vacuum in weeks. There was build up in every corner of the room. The bathroom lamps and door hinges were rusted. And worst of all the sliding doors to the balcony were screwed shut and seal in between the two doors were worn away so when it rained it created an extremely obnoxious whistle. This hotel looks good on the pictures but is very poorly kept.

When i first arrived checked in when i walked in my room i received a room that hadnt been cleaned by hosekeeping. Check in is for 4pm. I had to go back to check in to recieve another room. The second room the bathroom was very unacceptable. The knob wasnt secured, the bathtub wasnt cleaned looked very dinghy we couldnt use it at all. When this was expressed at checkout i was told that my deposit would be issued back to me with 5 to 7 bus days which has nothing to do with me being inconvenienced since i arrived. I wasnt compensated with a credit nor a refund

We spent our honeymoon here and it was well spent. The only things I didn't expect was the price when we got there versus the price on hotels.com, they didn't have a microwave or mini fridge in the rooms and parking was across a busy street. Other than those things we really enjoyed. BTW... the bar drinks & food A1

We arrived at 5pm, when we were allowed to check-in at 4. It was a mad house, people had been waiting for hours to check in, rooms were not ready, and we had to wait another hour for our room to be ready. We were in town for a concert, and because of the delay, we missed the first band. I stay in a lot of hotels, and this is the first time I've ever been able to check in because a room isn't ready. Other customers and myself had to get ready in the lobby bathroom, which was an absolute mess.

The staff was great and friendly. The check in process was awful. There was a lobby full of people trying to check in and no rooms available at that time. Time for an upgrade into online check in and notifications when your room is ready. The room looked ok. Bed was as hard as a brick.

Stayed one night in this hotel and boy am I glad that I only had to live in this room for a singular night. By far one of the worst rooms I've ever stayed in and the pictures say it all. What looked to be blood on one of the pillows, unknown brown stuff on the floor of the bathroom, a sink that wouldnt drain, hair in the bathtub, old carpet that hasn't been cleaned or vacuumed in a long time, missing light covers, rusty shower drain, most things were falling apart and a horrible smell as soon as we entered the floor we were staying on where the carpets are also really dirty and an even worse smell in the room. Clearly they sprayed as much into the air as possible to give the illusion of cleanliness. It was so bad i didn't even want to sleep under the blankets of the bed or use their towels or shower. When I brought this to the front desk they wrote down all that was wrong with the room in a black notebook and said they would have someone call later about the room and to have a nice day. No one called No other questions or apologies or attempts to make the situation right just took my money and said goodbye. Parking garage is detached down a hill, no problem with that, but there is no security around the garage so good luck if you have valuables in your car. Tried to call the hotel and speak with someone who works there and kept getting foreign call centers who couldn't awnser my questions and refused to transfer me to the hotel. I want a refund and have pictures of the hotel

I travel a lot for work and this is probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. We got to the hotel and the sink was clogged up with water. The toilet was clogged as well. We asked for help and they took a whole day to come and fix it after telling us they had someone coming up “right now”. The next day the AC broke and caused a huge leak on the carpet. Our bags got wet and the hotel smelt like wet dog. We went to front desk and instead of being offered a new room they sent a guy up and he started vacuuming??? The gave us ONE towel when there was 2 of us. Overall I’m not picky with hotels as I’ve stayed in amazing hotels and mid-poor hotels, but I have to say this is worst. I wouldn’t stay here or recommend to anyone.
