Good but Attention to Details Matter…

The room overall was good. The only comments I have are the following: 1) I am a Hilton Honors Member and on my account it specifically states I prefer a high floor; however, I was placed on the 3rd floor without the ability to change it before or after my online check in. The account should be reviewed accordingly for guest accommodations. 2) The hallway smelled soiled which left an unpleasant feeling while walking to my room. I am not sure if the carpet needed to be cleaned, but it was not what I would expect from a Hilton Hotel. 3) In the bathroom, there was only 1 washcloth. 4) In the bathroom there was no safety mat for the tub. I almost slipped when getting into the shower.
