It’s ok if it’s the only one available

If you don’t take the time and the money for the valet parking you’ll be doing laps around the parking garage trying to find somewhere to park. You will also wait about an hour to get an elevator available. Don’t waste time at the restaurant in the hotel either, was not worth what is charged at all.

This property is isolated, located off the highway, and struggles with high traffic due to its size. During my stay for the Beyoncé concert, lineups were massive. The restaurant food was terrible, the market overpriced, and the area felt unsafe and sketchy at night. I would not recommend this location.

The hotel was very crowded and filled with noise. The elevator service was poor. Sometimes we were waiting almost 10 minutes to get on an elevator. And then because so many people were waiting, we had to ride a crowded elevator filled with luggage and people. It seemed like only a few elevators were working. For a brand built on hospitality, I’m am surprised that Hilton Hotel does not provide complementary coffee in the lobby and water upon arrival. The rooms were clean. We requested one additional blanket and the service person commented on our request. He asked, how many blankets do you already have? I expected more from my stay.

Great hotel

Stay was great bed was comfy the hotel is really nice My favorite part is the night light that comes on near your feet if you need to get up for any reason in the middle of the night ! Such a cool feature

I can't blame the hotel for the homeless people all over the property but i can for the fact that they allow homeless people to enter their parking garage and by extension their hotel which makes it feel uncomfortable. Then, the largest issue was lack of staff. There was no one to greet us at their restaurants. You shouldn't advertise a service that isn't actually there. The whole hotel felt like a bum paradise. Thank goodness for the staff we actually did talk to, that's why the rating isnt lower.
