Excellent

Conveniently located between two tube stations, adjacent to major street with shops, cafes and eateries. The room was more spacious than I had expected and the breakfast was ample. Bonus, Little Venice just a short walk away.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff, comfy bed, quiet considering the location, nice and central. Only negatives were that housekeeping walked into the room without knocking 2 hours before check out (I was still asleep and she woke me) and the lights randomly turned on at 2am on the first night. Would defo stay again

Good hotel - some small issues

Great location, had issue with shower not staying on wall - requested fix but maintenance not available on weekend. Had to use shower in friends room. Also charge for storage of bags upon checkout! Never had that in any hotel

The hotel is located just a few meters from Paddington Station, which offers direct connections to Heathrow Airport. There are bus stops on the street, and the underground station is inside Paddington. The staff is attentive and very friendly. The room has a comfortable bed, although it is small

The location and lobby are fantastic, and all the staff are exceptionally kind and helpful. I don’t recall everyone’s names, but I do remember Ali, as it’s an easy name for me—he was very polite, just like the rest of the team. Their hospitality truly made my stay enjoyable.
