The breakfast presentation was really nice. Clean, colorful and organized. Looked so go, we paid for every day of our stay. Air conditioning really didn't cool the room. We kept the window open for air and it was noisy. Shower could use a grab bar for safety.

the hotel is well located close to Paddington Station and waling distance to most central London neighborhoods. the room is very small, they want to save in everything, so no closet, no ironing board, and just one towel per person, no hand towels.

I only stayed 2 of the 6 days I paid for because the subway train can be heard and felt all night. I couldn’t sleep. And they don’t allow refunds so I’m out of money I spent.

This hotel is well run and everybody is very friendly and helpful. In the middle of everything been easy to get to wherever you want to go in London. I do recommend this place for its comfort and it's pricing. :-)

Lovely comfy hotel, staff were very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are compact, had what we needed for 1 night business trip, the beds were really comfy, and had a good nights sleep. Plenty of choice for the continental breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is very modern and clean and tidy. I stayed in a small double room which was perfect for my overnight stay, it has everything you need for an overnight stay. Security is very good and whilst I didn’t have it the buffet breakfast looked very good and plentiful. I couldn’t find any areas for improvement.

It was okay, small rooms but this can be expected in city hotels. Walls paper thin so was awoken by housekeeping in the room next door vacuuming. Also can hear/feel the nearby tube line. Not all bad though, was pretty clean, relatively central with short walks to tube stations. Staff friendly too!

The room was good but the area was quite noisy. It was Saturday evening in London, so perhaps expected? Also, the room did not have tea/coffee set, which was rather disappointing. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.
