Friendly and helpful staff. Property in great condition, nice and clean. Good standard breakfast. Great location between 2 tube stations. Good selection of food places, supermarket close by. Easy walk to Hyde Park.

It has exceptional access to public transportation with rail, tube and buses all within 10 minutes. Hyde Park is too 10 minutes. The room is of decent size. The lighting and ventilation control is quite puzzling and not as intuitive as it is assumed. Too bad it has no kettle and no coffee tea provided. It would have improved its rating for me if one had been provided. Also, a folding table, even one gold-down from the walk would have been nice.

Convenient location

Convenient location only 5 minutes walk from Paddington station. Check was very quick and friendly. I was allocated an assisted room which isn't a problem albeit I don't need an assistaed room but bathroom sink he lowered so harder to use. The main issue is the outside noise. My room face the main road and it has poor sound proofing, lots of traffic noise, sirens and general noise so not the best sleep. I liked the mood lighting.

Overall, good value for the money, great location.

The service was very good, check in and check out very efficient. Great coffee for breakfast. Comfortable beds, but the rooms are on a very tight side.

We enjoyed our stay. It was very convient to Paddington Station and fast casual restaurants and a pub. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Our room was street facing and it was somewhat loud, but we don't mind some noise. If you do, ask for a room that's in the back. Our only complaint was the bed. It wasnt very comfortable. We prefer soft matresses.
