The good first. Very central location. Super easy to get from Heathrow to Paddington Station. Close to Kensington Gardens and much more. The Edgware Station (very close) is 3 Tube stops away from Euston Station. The breakfast is AWESOME, all that one would want. Great coffee machine too, Lattes and more. The staff are also super nice and helpful. The slightly negative things. I could not for the life of me figure out the air system, it was either freezing cold or Off, which made it get really stuffy in the room. The other negative, I arrived at 1pm knowing that check in was at 3. For me to check in early they charged me $15 pounds. My thinking, is my room clean available, yes? Let me in early, don't take it as an opportunity to charge more. I of course paid because I just arrived from an 11 hour flight.

A rude awakening!

Good location, clean, simple rooms. Bed lacked pillows, just one each that was very thin. Got woken up by a knock on the door at 0845 from housekeeping asking what time we were checking out, which was not appreciated!!

The location is great, walking distance to Paddington train/tube station and is surrounded by different dining options. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is nice with good A/C just that a little dirt on the duvet and in bathroom; shower can be a bit stronger.

The room was comfortable. There were lots of restaurants in the area & the staff had some good suggestions, which we checked out and really enjoyed. The hotel is easily walkable from the tube or bus lines and allows you to get to all the major areas easily.

Point-A Paddington

The hotel is walking distances from Paddington Station which was ideal. The staff at the check in counter were very nice and helpful. They do however charge to hold your bags if your room isn’t ready. I reserved a larger 2 twin room and what we received was a very cozy 2 twin room but I think it is the larger of the two rooms. Everything worked in the room so no complaints there. The bathroom was very petite but did the job. Overall it is a nice hotel in the area we wanted to be in. The bus routes pick up directly across the street so very convenient.

Conveniently located between two tube stations, adjacent to major street with shops, cafes and eateries. The room was more spacious than I had expected and the breakfast was ample. Bonus, Little Venice just a short walk away.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff, comfy bed, quiet considering the location, nice and central. Only negatives were that housekeeping walked into the room without knocking 2 hours before check out (I was still asleep and she woke me) and the lights randomly turned on at 2am on the first night. Would defo stay again
