The most important warning: DO NOT rely on the shuttle bus. I waited at the correct pickup location for over an hour, and the shuttle never showed up. Not once. The staff was completely unhelpful and showed zero responsibility. I called the hotel multiple times, and every single time they repeated the same thing: “The shuttle driver left the hotel on time.” If that’s true, then explain why the shuttle never arrived at the airport at all. Do not trust this place, do not count on their shuttle, and absolutely do not consider this hotel for your holiday.

While our experience with the staff was excellent, they were extremely helpful, the condition of our room was unacceptable. We were bothered by a distinct and pervasive smell of marijuana (we had young kids with us). Additionally, basic amenities were overlooked: the bathroom soap was not refilled, and the room, which accommodates six, was not stocked with the appropriate number of towels. This significantly impacted our comfort during the stay

Absolutely horrible experience. First, had to pay for parking (which I was not aware of) then there wasn't a single parking spot, I had to park against a curb in complete darkness . Next, they did not give me the room I booked . The room smelled, was not clean and the bed was hard as a rock. I will never stay here again and would not recommend.
