This hotel is not worth your money.

Soon as I walk in the room it had the strong smell of urine. The second room I was given had ants all over the restroom floor. Finally given a room that wasn't bad, but the remote didn't work. Really spoiled my evening. Barely recieved an apology. Not what I would expect from such a high end area. I don't recommend this hotel. It won't let me download the pictures I want to share.

Shocked at lack of attention to detail.

I was shocked at the lack of attention to detail by the cleaning staff. In reality, i normally would have asked to not have my room made up and cleaned every day, but i decided to let the hotel do that. The first day, my room wasnt cleaned at all. No big deal... BUT since hyatt makes it a policy to enter rooms every 24 hours, i knew they had been there... also because they did NOT latch my door fully upon leaving...thankfully nothing was taken. The 2nd day, it was interesting what eas cleaned and what wasn't. They took the bag from one wastebasket but not the other. They did not replace the bag. They made my bed, and changes the bathroom towels, but didnt do anytbing in the kitchen. It just felt like cleaning staff did 1/2 the job. AND the door was again not fully latched the 2nd day as well. Again. Im thankful nothing was taken, but it all felt sloppy, and for the price, i was kind of ahocked by it.

The hotel is tired. It's not unclean perse, but it's no thrills and tired. I've stayed at many Hyatt place hotels, but this one is tired. Staff was friendly, location was good, and breakfast was decent. Parking I believe is about $18.00 per day which I did not expect.

The property is great along with the surrounding area. It’s definitely in a prime location! The water at the facility was horrible. There was a smell coming from the water. It left my family and I itchy, dry, and with marks.
