They were very welcoming and accommodating. We arrived well ahead of check-in time and asked if we could leave our luggage behind the desk. They said no need because our room was ready and we could go ahead and check-in. Staff were courteous throughout our visit.

This was a very nice place to stay. We greatly appreciated the larger size room and bathroom, especially the full size bathtub. Our main complaint is that, even though we booked a queen sized bed months in advance of our vacation, they gave us a room with 2 twin beds. When we got to the room, we were too tired to argue.

From SC to Ireland

Get place. Located close enough to center city that you can park you car and walk. Great room and breakfast. Safe actually worked and was fastened to something. Something you should ask when rating hotels!

I wish I could give the staff 6 stars! They all went above and beyond expectations. I was staying for my birthday. I rang the staff and they got me a pint of Guinness at midnight! Really made my night! Such an amazing central location you’re a 17 min walk to Guinness storehouse and temple bar area! And if you don’t like to walk you can take a cab from right in front of the hotel! I look forward to my next trip to Dublin to stay here again!

The staff at checkin was not very welcoming. The bar staff were very friendly and helpful in telling us about the area and made great suggestions on what to see.
