Hotel was not in great shape physically- room had some cracked, pushed-in spots in walls. When we arrived, the air conditioning had not been pre-turned on, and it was 95° outside, so the room was stifling hot! We turned on the air conditioning unit, but in the middle of the night there was a storm and the power went out. Woke up cycling hot again. Power finally came on a few hours later, and had to go return on everything to cool down. Large roach like water bug came down the wall behind my bed in the morning, and I had a spider incident when I went to the bathroom overnight. Staff barely spoke to us, and it kind of felt like they didn’t care.

By far the worst Hotel!!!

My stay far from being the perfect vacation it just look run down and the people off the street just enter the hotel for escorts service you can clearly see what’s going on and it makes you feel very uncomfortable. And I ask can I be accommodated to the airport because I’m in a wheelchair and they clearly said no so yeah how can you not accommodate the disabled that’s discrimination and you should accommodate all your guest not just single people with disability out. I will not recommend this Hotel to nobody especially nobody with children because it’s to much going on around the promises.

As a hotel staff member i think that one person needs a bit more training how to talk to people, maybe that day wasn’t the day . But other then that i have no problem with the place itself. Walking distance from atm/bank convenience stores , fast food restaurants. And definitely close to the airport.

The pictures are deceiving!!!!! This hotel does not look like this!!!! On top of that, it’s so outdated. My rooms latch lock was broken, tub was stained that had hair in it, stains on the linen, ironing board falling apart and the floors are dirty! I booked a 3 night stay and I checked out after the first one. The area?! It’s by other cheap hotels and the people don’t look like guests, they look sketchy and like they live there. Did not feel safe to have my daughter there. Now I’m getting the run around about a refund when the lady at the desk told me to it was fine and to contact Expedia for it. All of a sudden, there’s no manager on site. Hasn’t been all day and we have to call back tomorrow. And yes, I do have photos! UPDATE: Expedia told me they are "chasing" them down to authorize a refund.
