The location was wonderful. The reception staff was friendly. Room was clean when we arrived. We stayed a week and the room was not cleaned properly during the last 3 days. There was breakfast. But the quality and cooking was not so great. Sometimes, there was not enough room and we had to wait 15 to 20 minutes. I would nevertheless recommend it because the location and the price were excellent.

Spotless room at a reasonable price. Warm, engaging staff. Delicious hot breakfast. And ideal location—just a 5 minute walk from Victoria tube station. Which is why I stay at B & B Belgravia every time I visit London. Chatted with another guest from South Africa who told me she stayed there every time, too.

A good option when wanting to stay in Belgravia as the hotels are very expensive. Clean and comfortable room, friendly staff and easy distance from Cadogan Hall. Good, plentiful cooked breakfast as well as continental. Would not hesitate to book again.

The room was clean as was the bathroom. The staff were helpful and courteous. The breakfast was quite good, cooked to order. The location is great, quiet residential street but only a few blocks from Victoria Station. A real bargain for London!

The location of this property was nice. It was a walkable distance from the tube. There were also restaurants in the area that were easy to get to. The place itself is incredibly small. It felt a bit like a dorm room. There are two small steps leading to the bathroom so it’s something to be mindful of for accessibility. The bathtub is also very tall and narrow. Another thing to keep in mind regarding accessibility. The staff comes to clean the room very early in the morning. Our room was missed a few days in a row because we were still asleep. They were a bit stingy with the toilet paper. We had to call a couple of times to ask for more. Eventually, we just bought our own. There is also no elevator. It was four small flights of stairs up to our room. Overall, it was okay place to sleep. They did provide a fan, which was helpful.

Not many shops nearby, however certain sites were walking distance. UNSAFE! The day of our arrival we noticed the the window with view and access to an alley did not have a working lock. We asked the staff for help to secure it and we were told there was no maintenance available until Monday and there were no more rooms available. With staff present, we managed to secure it with wood sticks that we found in a patio behind the hotel and asked for tape to get wood sticks to adhere to the frame of the window. Monday came and the window was NEVER fixed.

The location is very convenient. It's walkable to Victoria underground station, train station, and the bus coach station. There's many restaurants in the neighborhood. The b&b is clean. Bed is comfortable. There's kettle ,fridge and microwave in the room. In the common section, they offer tea, instead coffee and water. It's not luxury hotels but It's good for the price considering the location

Very nice breakfast. Had basement double double room with two bedrooms but no sitting area. Window had no screens and when opened you could hear people walking by and there were stairs outside room . Felt very unsafe. Bathroom small and old furnishings. Very nice staff but coffee maker was broken and then water dispenser broken. For the price i expected at least a coffee. Not fan of instant. Was in a great location to Victoria station
