Breakfast started at 7am. On our first morning, we went down at 8am, even the plates ran out. Also, we spent 3 nights in room 229. The thermostat was not working, we did not have enough towels, our phone was not working to call room service, our trash was never emptied, towels were only changed when we asked , the dirty ones were never removed and the beds were never made.
