Wasn’t perfect but not terrible

I have to say breakfast was very good but the rooms smells, service people Were nice but rooms were missing towels. The sofa bedding was not there and asked them the never bring anything. For one night it’s ok. Rooftop pool Was Nice and view beautiful but the smell of the rooms and basics like bedding and towels yeah was down side. Breakfast good and pool was very nice. Also the gym was cool. Overall I won’t say was terrible just need more cleaning

The appearance of the facilities makes the place look old; they need to replace the carpets. The doors inside the room were quite worn, and there were only two towels for a room meant for four people. We tried calling Reception several times, but they never answered our calls. The staff working there does not show much willingness to help, except for the valet parking guys they are truly great.

Staff was nice. Used in room phone called three different times said the call would be recorded for quality assurance nobody ever picked up... so annoying. Balconies sealed off in the room giving off a low security prison vibe. Book this property based on the pictures of the swimming pool, when I got there there was some type of family reunion blasting offensive music and people sucking on giant hookah pipes and vapes, not a chance that staff would enforce the no smoking policy never saw any security. The outdoor patio furniture was missing all of the pillows I guess someone had stolen them or throwing them off at the roof making the chairs very uncomfortable. Hallways were dirty and chipped paint everywhere looks like years of over painting mold and stains. This place was probably really nice back in the '90s. Parking garage was sketchy and dirty. Gave the homeless people in front of the hotel some free food. The bed was comfortable, I was going to try the breakfast but it was overrun by people mounding plates of free food in their pajamas, poor staff was overworked and the place was a mess. Overall it was fine, would book again or bring my daughter here.

This hotel is horrendous to say the least. The lobby is upgraded. But the floors are carpet and as soon as you get out of the elevator to go into your room. It spelled like wet/molding carpet. My room also smelled just as disgusting. The toilet seat was broken. And my sheets had stains. Despite me going down to ask for a change for my sheets and them agreeing. No one came to change it. In fact a lady came to take out my trash but I asked her to change it and she did. They advertise laundry services but the laundry was broken and even had holes up at the top. My cloths still smell like mold carpet. This is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in.

Bed was pretty comfortable. Really like the Dove products for cleaning. The hotel is older, no upgrades in last 15 years. Floors in halls were not vacuumed. Took 20 mins for shower to warm up. Tub did not drain properly. Lost almost 5 hrs of the reserbation because the systems were down . No regard for travelers, besides come back later even though we were already 3 hours past check in time. I hardly ever leave reviews. Staybridge, Do better please.

This place was dirty. There was hair in the shower and in the bathroom sink. Floors were filthy. Walls had splattered food or god knows what on it. I was so disappointed and would never ever stay here again. To top it off they gave us the wrong room and didn’t have the one that I booked. They also charged me for a two night stay deposit instead of one. I will definitely never recommend or come back.

My guess is this hotel was probably built for the Olympics back in 96' so its well passed its sell by date and very shabby. Standard Suites are beginning to look tired and not to the standard I have become used to staying in IHG chain properties. Location wasnt too bad - between Mid town and Downtown - 15mins walk to downtown.

Good stay at heart of midtown

Excellent room with facilities and a great view of downtown Atlanta. Breakfast and valet services were also very good. However room service/front desk line were not very responsive when called via intercom. Need to improve on this.

Dont get me wrong, its a beautiful hotel. Beautiful views & pool. Very clean and most in-person customer service was good. The bad about this hotel was that, multiple people, including my party couldn’t check in until around 4:30p. When check in was supposed to be at 3:00pm. They claimed that the room needed towels, but it seemed like they were short staffed. Also, I was overcharged for valet. Their phone customer service system is difficult to get through to. I had to contact customer service 3 times before i was informed that i now have to wait 7-10 business days to get my refund. It was definitely a hassle. I would recommend checking your charges to ensure that they dont overcharge you.

The valet is horrible it takes them like 10 mins to bring your car when the garage is literally a min away.. they had us standing outside saying our car was on the was an we literally seen them give our keys to someone after the fact we started complaining.. So if you are a young single female just know your car will be there in seconds. One lady literally came in cursing saying she pulled up her apple app and it showed they riding around in her car wowwwwwww. I feel like we got catfish with the room but hey the breakfast was good that's all.. stay at crown plaza not staybridge

One of the worst hotel stays

We arrived and they didn’t have our room we booked. They gave us a room too small to fit our family. The mattress was ripped all the way down with no sheets. They gave us two towels for our family of 6. We called four times and went to the front desk three times to get extra towels, a sheet for the mattress and a crib for the baby. They only brought up the crib on the third try and when I asked the guy for the other stuff he said he would be back but never came back. Our room was hot the entire time we were there not cooling off so hot we could hardly sleep. We ended up sharing two towels for our family and took the sheets off of one bed to cover the other one so we could sleep on top of the sheets. Such a terrible experience

From the start valet was rude. Parking is not at all convenient and you can not park in front of the door to check in and unload unless you pay for valet. We were there one night.. didn't need valet. Parking garage as down a block and across the street. Lobby was hot and dirty. The line was horrendous. Got up to check in and was told they didn't have double beds available, like we reserved, only a king. We have 6 people. I was told we would fit! Right, 4 people in a king bed. No apology. Or different scenario offered. Take the king or get a refund. It's 8pm on a Friday night in downtown Atlanta, and now, with 2 boys under 8, after traveling all day, I have to find another hotel. Meanwhile, the lobby bathroom had 4 stalls, 3 unusable. We heard the pool was not available. The people next to me let themselves into the room they were assigned, and walked in on people! They double booked their room. I waited 15 mins for the email from Expedia, only to find out I am responsible to call and let them know. The worst experience literally ever.
