The hallways were dirty. The room was dinging dirty, and it smelled the cabinet door handle is broken. The entry area downstairs is wonderful lavish. The rest of it look like a place you would take a prostitute.

The drain in our shower barely worked, the staff only set our room key for one night at a time, so we had to have it fixed 3 times, and there was an unmentioned security deposit of $375

Breakfast had "OK" options but there was a shortage of plates, bowls, silverware, napkins. They had just a few of them. We had to wait and grab them from piles of washed stuff when they were delivered. No tea bags either. Breakfast location on weekends was different than the one on weekdays but nobody told us that. We kept looking around for the right room. Room service was not good. We were a family of 4; 2 adults and 2 kids. We were given 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels. After the room service, we were left with 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel. Instead of giving more towels, they removed some. No extra toilet [paper roll either, so you had to budget ahead. Again, just a few plates and glasses. You had to be careful with what you use. Wi-fi was not working with a code or a room number. My wife is a reward club member and it worked with her membership. If you are not a member, then no wi-fi access for you. We called downstairs many times but nobody picked up. Parking was expensive and very limited. Location was good and that was it really...

As positive, the room had a good amount of space and was clean. It had amenities like an apartment would. The price was a good value. As negatives, half of the light switches didn’t work. My key card didn’t work in the elevator twice. Housekeeping took my used towels and didn’t replace them. The TV remote didn’t work.

Unprofessional

The lobby was closed so we had to walk half a block to the Crown Plaze lobby that was hosting both sides of the hotel. We booked two queen beds with a couch bed but when we got there they doubled booked to many rooms and we had to all share a king. They wouldn’t make any different arrangements. We had to ask for extra pillows and blankets multiple times before we went to the lobby and they handed them too us. Only had two towels even though we booked for 4 people.

Whelp, there was a hotel wide towel shortage so housekeeping proceeded to come into our room, not clean anything, take one of our two towels and not replace it. It took two days for us to receive new towels, only after us checking with the front desk multiple times. We did arrange for housekeeping to bring us towels, and when they arrived at 8 am they posessed no towels of any kind. Additionally, our bed was not cleaned before our arrival, as indicated by the blood specks on our pillowcase. The bathroom sink was so backed up we basically had a built in pond. Brushing our teeth felt like doing potions. We almost missed breakfast because we were told four different times breakfast ended during our stay, anywhere between 9am and 10:30am. Our experience was not singular. After conferring with fellow patrons in the lobby, nobody had towels and multiple people had blood on their pillowcases. And the cherry on top, the pool closed at 8pm. Booooooo! :(

Five stars on the outside, two on the inside

The only staff is the intimidating security guard who loiters around and follows guests to the elevators. No staff at the overpriced snack bar nor cold pool. Long wait to check in. Slow and old elevator. No soap or hand sanitizer. No cans to throw out the trash.
