We really enjoyed our one-night stay at the Borgota. We were in town to see Diana Ross perform at the Ocean Casino Resort (about a 10-minute drive from the hotel). The Borgata is huge, bustling with people and activity. We had a great room on the 34th floor. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was a mini-fridge, but no microwave. The bathroom was a nice size, with the toilet separated by a door. The room was perfectly quiet when we got back after the concert. Parking was very convenient. Guests had in-and-out privileges in the attached multi-level garage for only $10. Check-in was a breeze. Staff at check-in were great---very pleasant, efficient, welcoming, and helpful. Amyra was especially pleasant, helpful, and patient when I had difficulty using the QR code and logging into the app for my parking pass. There's a convenient food court on the lower level, where we had a satisfying full breakfast. The only negatives were that, because of the hotel's location, you couldn't walk to any local restaurants, attractions, or the boardwalk from the hotel, and there was a pervasive smell of cigarettes in the "Living Room" waiting area and when you walked through the casino. (Thankfully, there was no cigarette smell in our room.) We aren't into gambling, but those who are will enjoy all that the casino has to offer. The Borgota was a perfect choice for our brief stay. Overall, we were very pleased. We would definitely stay at the Borgota again.
