I mistakenly rented a smoking room and when I tried to switch was offered another room in the un-renovated building. Additionally, the bathroom shower was very dirty. There were stains and a glob of something unknown… maybe it was a dried up body wash.

Ocean view room was more like partial ocean view but online it said ocean view with roof of other buildings visible in the way ocean resort has better views hands down, heated pools were separated for men and women and $65 per person which was no advertised while booking the room also separate pools is no way to enjoy together as a couple also they close too early 9-5 and checking is at 4 so if you pay for one night you can only enjoy for an hour at most unless you stay multiple night, room amenities and restaurant were awesome .

Workmen outside fixing the roof from 6am on two mornings using pneumatic drills woke me up . Also in hallway they had industrial fans/blowers on the go for 2 days as corridor was flooded

Room was ok but no frills in room esp water. I m freq business traveler and so very ‘usual’ experience. Nothing shouted ‘you are in ceasers’ Room service not picking call - 5mins on hold.

There was an incident that happened, and the security manager was very unprofessional and rude. I tell them about the incident that I witnessed, and I shouldn’t have gotten involved because instead of doing a good date, it backfired on me she was the manager of the security
