Out room was a little moist and the bathroom was a little moldy. This might be due to England’s weather. Overall, a very nice and conveniently placed hotel. Staff was very friendly!

The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was fine, and the view from the rooms was lovely. In addition, the location next to a key tube station made travel easy. However, the Toshiba room "heater" only blew cold air, which left us freezing in the November weather. In addition, the toilet was leaking, the desk was minimal, self space few, and the lack of a chair made desk work difficult.

However, we would like to apologise for the mentioned maintenance issues that you experienced during your stay. Yesterday morning we thoroughly inspected all AC units and carried out repairs where necessary in order to make sure that all our guest rooms could remain nicely warm during even the coldest weather. Erinomainen sijainti rauhallisella aluella, jossa kuitenkin oli hyviä ravintoloita. Huone oli odotusten mukaan todella pieni, mutta silti siisti. Huoneen koon lisäksi vain heikko äänieristys häiritsi hieman, mutta korvatulpilla tilanne korjaantuu. Aamiaishuone pieni, aamiaisella oli riittävät peruseväät. Hinta-laatusuhde oli ihan kohdallaan, jos aikaa ei aio viettää huoneessa.
