Dear Hans. Thank you for your honest feedback. We are glad to hear that our staff looked after you, as well as that you found our central location very convenient. However, we would like to apologise for the mentioned maintenance issues that you experienced during your stay. Yesterday morning we thoroughly inspected all AC units and carried out repairs where necessary in order to make sure that all our guest rooms could remain nicely warm during even the coldest weather.
