Sam is the very best! Every time we come here we feel at home! The rooms are super clean and comfortable. The hot tubs in the rooms are so relaxing! This is our favorite place to stay when down in Ac. Sam see you at the end of January!

The room was dingy. The sofa was very dirty, the carpet was nasty. The front desk attendant cannot change to another room because they going through renovation. We didn't go to the breakfast because of the cleanliness. And this hotel not longer belong to the previous owner! Why didn't I know that when I was booking the hotel? I was a member of Hotels.com for about 20 years and I never had a bad experience like this. I would like to have refund of my money. Please respond ASAP

The hotel is under construction, which is a good thing for companies to look for ways to improve. The off-putting thing was that the primary staff struggled to be kind, transparent, and informative. The hotel has 30+ photos listed, most of the suite room photos appear to a full kitchenette. However, i had to pay an upcharge to have such a room. The upcharge was a minimal upgrade as it still had extremely worn outdated furniture, stained carpeting, broken draws, and no dish liquid or dishwasher was provided. All of the untensils and cookwear were completely worn. The jetted tub was filthy, you could see the filter wasn't been properly cleaned. I hate writing this review because it seems to be a small business looking to improve. However, get someone at the front who can properly guide guest through the experience of being at their establishment.
