We have always loved this hotel. For some reason the cigarette smell has become overwhelming. I understand on the casino floor, but even on the non smoking floor where our room was, it was aweful. Don’t think I’ll be going back

Our south tower room on floor 35 with a king size bed and a view of the shore was surprisingly pleasant. The temperature control was consistent and the room was clean and large enough to feel quite spacious. Wholeheartedly recommend a room like this. As usual, the hotel’s dining and entertainment options were great.

The room was ok. However I requested the room on a high floor. Upon checking the lady at the front desk asked me if I have any room preferences and I asked her to give us a room on a higher floor. She said the highest floor she has available is 12 which is one of the lowest floors if not the lowest. I was surprised and told he that I did not know they were that busy, her response was that they are pretty busy which was a lie. We were checking in for 1 night on Thursday Feb 12 and there were no people in casino and the hotel was empty!
