West Tower is a complete dump. Hallways smell like weed. Rooms look Lille a halfway house. Property is very confusing with limited signage

Toilet didn’t flush, gum on the floor, boogies on the wall, smell from the kuerig there was an old and wet, molded, used coffee grind packet in there, air wouldn’t work at all. Tried everything to get air to work that they said. After two hours, didn’t work. Talked to service desk twice. They both said they would send maintenance. We called four times later throughout the night with zero results and no change of room. The hotel was not sold out. I left in the middle of the night because it was just too gross after going out for the night to come back to it. I was also charged the full garage fee on the way out even though I told them the room number and had the slip. We used to stay here all the time as our go-to choice. I’ll never go back to the West Tower.

Air conditioner didn’t work . Walls were paper thin . Someone was blasting a speaker till 6 in the morning . Security did nothing .

One bank of elevators for hundreds of people trying to get to their cars after check-out meant 40 minutes trying to get out of the hotel. Absolutely no conveniet stairs meant dozens of people walking the ramps just to get out.

Front desk unprofessional requested to speak with a manager and she was aware we were having issues with Front desk employee that checked me in. The manager went to the back office and had the front desk rep to let me know she will follow up with me. That never happened. In addition to not having enough towels in our rooms. I was so disappointed with our visit this time around. I will always stay at Tropicana when I visited atlantic city from florida. This will be my last time visiting that hotel.
