Very dirty for a hotel. Corridors are filthy looking. Carpets needs changing. Perhaps the elevator and corridor doors and walls needs changing. Not very appealing entering the vicinity. The parking premises was disgusting, chairs and desks taking up parking space. No where to park. The fire exits have been used as a way in and out of the hotel. Very filthy looking. The elevator is disgusting and very dodgy, seems broken or about to break. I can not imagine how waiters bring food in and out of that elevator cause how unhygienic it looks with out covering trolleys full of deserts and things. Very unpleasant to look at and witness.

It was okay. The staff need alot of training in customer service! Staff need to provide Service with a smile, & Greeting with a 😊 smile with some customer acknowledgement, -when customers are awaiting to be served. The above makes all the difference to a great stay, & a great review.
