The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a great stay. The staff was responsive, helpful, and always upbeat. The location was perfect for food, entertainment, night life, and days near the wharf enjoying everything Auckland. We loved it!

Very clean. Staffs were very helpful. Only 10 min walk to Sky Tower, restaurants. Breakfast were delicious with many choices. I give 4 star because the safety box was broken and water splashed and wet all over the floor when showering. Overall, a great stay!

Our experience was terrific. We enjoyed everything about the hotel. The breakfast was terrific. The club level club was fantastic and we ate most of our dinners there. Would definitely go again if we were ever in Auckland

What a lovely hotel this is. Great staff, very helpful, so clean everywhere, fabulous breakfast, never seen chocolate milkshake bottles, along with other flavours before. Room fantastic, for a last minute booking we got a bargain. Thanks all.

The room was spacious and clean. The shower water temperature is hard to control. The dining area is clean. However, we find the food too salty. We checked out early, and the hotel staff provided us with breakfast bag.
