Room way too hot Air con insufficient Room must have recently been upgraded but signs of the pre upgrade visible TV choice poor and didn’t seem to have the option to link Netflix Auckland in general is becoming over priced and this no exception There are better options in the CBD for similar prices

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. And the washroom was large with a tub and separate shower. The restaurant was great and there was a coffee bar in the lobby. Very convenient. I would stay here again.

There was constant thumping on floor above from 4pm until 10pm on the day of arrival. The aircon and bathroom vents/fan didn’t work at all, regardless of position of switching and with the door card installed in the reader at the entry door of the room. I had to pay a $50 fee to get my vehicle from the carpark, even though a free parking was advertised as part of the room.
