Does the job well

Pros: Comfortable, great location and generally nice staff
Cons: Mass produced food, every salad and all vegetables were covered in oil. Grumpy reception guy on last day, fair few cockroaches, wifi slow and on off
Location: Great location near the beach front and in the centre of all the hubbub! All trips can be booked from hotel and there's surfing etc on the beach
Great location, rooms super clean and tidy and beds very comfortable. Food is the usual mass produced buffet food however a couple of nights had some good choices. Staff generally very polite and welcoming but one guy on our last day at reception when we checked out (9/10/16) didn't ask us if we had a nice stay, how our holiday was or anything. He just took the key and turned his back on us in a grump! Also wifi is fairly slow and intermittent

Sehr schönes Hotel! Wir hatten All Inklusive und waren 9 Tage da, als Paar (25/26 Jahre alt). Bombe Auswahl beim Essen - nichts zu klagen! Sehr schöne Hoteleinrichtung und sehr sauber. Super Lage (Shoppingmöglichkeiten und Strandnähe). Animateure sehr freundlich und witzig, wie auch die anderen Angestellten. Die meisten Hotelbesucher waren Italiener, dann hat es noch Franzosen, Deutsche und Amis. Viele verschiedene Besucher, was toll ist. Wenig Schweizer. Ist aber halt eher ein Familienhotel. Sehr viele Kinder und bei den Schwimmbecken eher laut, es kommt einem vor als wäre man in der Freizeitbadi. Schön wäre, wenn es einen Pool hätte wo nur Erwachsene hinein dürften, dann kämen bestimmt auch mehr Päärchen in das Hotel. :) Ein Stern Abzug weil: W-lan nur bei der Lobi, wenn man an mehreren Orten haben möchte muss man pro Handy 16 Euro bezahlen. Badetücher darf man nicht vom Zimmer raus nehmen - muss man jedesmal mieten und den Tresor im Zimmer muss man auch mieten wenn man ihn benützen will - No Go bei All Inklusive (hatte bei den anderen Hotels die ich gebucht hatte immer alles inkl.) Wir empfehlen das Hotel weiter.

Das Hotel wird allen Bedürfnissen von All Inclusive-Kundschaft gerecht. So verschieden die Menschen, so verschieden sind die Angebote. Wir hatten ein fantastisches Zimmer mit zwei Balkonen und entsprechendem Ausblick auf das Meer. Hatten wir mal genug von Ausflügen oder Pool, lagen wir einfach im Zimmer und genossen das WLAN oder den Sonnenuntergang. Das Hotelpersonal war aufmerksam, aber nicht aufdringlich. Die Küche war erstaunlich gut für einen Service, der auf stundenlange Verfügbarkeit ausgelegt ist. Gerne hätte ich für jedes Team als Ganzes Trinkgeld gegeben, aber es gibt keine zugänglichen Sammelkassen. So muss auf gut Glück jemandem, der/die gerade Dienst hat, das Geld in die Hand gedrückt werden. Hinterlässt ein ungutes Gefühl. Die Tiere im Park führen nicht alle ein artgerechtes Leben, werden aber gut gehalten und bereiten vielen Freude.

Bel hôtel (familial) proche de la plage

Très bel hotel et très bien situé. Il y a la possibilité de faire plusieurs activités. La nourriture est plutôt bonne... Cet hôtel est parfait pour les familles mais pas vraiment pour les jeunes qui désirent faire la fête...

Helppo loma all inclusive palveluilla

Hotellin sijainti on hyvä rantakadun lähellä. Huoneeni oli kauimmaisessa blokissa ja hyvin rauhallinen vaikka oli kadun varrella. Huone oli hyvin tilava, kalustus niukka ja parveke oli mukava, koska ilmastointia ei ole. Ruokaa oli riittävästi ja vaihtoehtojakin runsaasti, paikallinen viini oli välttävää. Altaalla oli täyttä ja hotellin aktiviteetit hyvin kovalla musiikilla maustettuna häiristivät, sopinevat lapsiperheille. Allas alue on kaunis, paljon kasveja ja puita, joten varjopaikkoja paljon, aurinkoisia täytyi varata aikaisin aamusta. WiFi ei toiminut huoneessani, alue ulottui vain neuvonnan ympärille. Illallisella oli paljon meteliä ja ihmisiä, rauhaa hakevalle ei paras paikka. Perus hotelli, pääosin saksalaisia asiakkaita, kaikki toimii hyvin ja sijainti hyvä.

Superbe semaine au soleil

Niveau de confort excellent, nous étions logés à la Laguna. Notre chambre était vaste, avec un balcon éclairé toute la journée. Nettoyage de la chambre quotidiennement. Repas de bonne facture avec chaque jour du poisson, des salades variées, des buffets attrayants, des grillades et d'excellentes pizzas.. Animation au top avec une équipe d'animateurs très pro pour les soirées. Emplacement intéressant, pas loin des plages de Los Cristianos.
