Note the word Budget in the name!

You don't expect much from a hotel with Budget in the name, but perhaps expect even a bit less in this case. No signs anywhere to help your find the hotel from the airport even tho only 1 km away. Rather poky room, minimal toiletries and surly morning reception staff, dreadful machine coffee. But a comfortable enough night, just that it is not valuenfor money.

The room and facilities were small but good. The bed was very comfortable and we were able to get dinner and breakfast without driving. We were just staying to be near the airport to pick someone up off an early flight. Would certainly use this hotel again.

Very small room but good enough for our quick overnight. We walked at 10 pm from the airport and felt safe. It took us 20 mins. The bed was very comfortable but weirdly on wheels so that was a bit of a surprise. We’ve stayed at another nearby airport hotel for twice the money and had the same sleep so o thought it was good value. The shuttle was cheap and easy going back at 5:00 am.

Excellent Hotel, staff & Location

Arrived in Auckland after a very long flight. Such a good location near the airport, staff so helpful and friendly. Complimentary tea and coffee in reception great while you wait for your room. Beds really comfortable and room lovely and clean. Butterfly Creek 10 mins walk away and such a good place to visit, highly recommended. Food places and shops all within 5 minutes walk away. Would definitely stay here again and will be recommending to others. Thank you for a great stay and start to our New Zealand trip

This was an exceptional stay for somewhere clean, safe and convenient to Auckland airport. On site restaurant as well as ther dinng options across the road. Room is small for a family of four, but this is not disguised or hidden when purchasing subs Budget rooms - HEAPS of parking spaces - so unusual for anywhere in Auckland.

Great for a short stay.

Used as base for airport stay over 3 days. Shuttle service provided from/to terminal at $8 one way, $6 the other, although we walked (about 10 mins). Hotel clean and in excellent condition throughout, from reception to rooms to all public areas. Staff very warm, friendly, welcoming & efficient. Rooms clean, in excellent condition with very comfortable bed, good quality sheets and a variety of different pillows. Hotel offers breakfast, plus snacks from machines, and there are a variety of fast food outlets, plus stores all within easy walk. Enjoyed this stay, our second stay here. Looking forward to the next one.
