Was weird that the hotel was above another hotel, was had to call them to come down and get us. Paid $45 to park our car a night, the manager had to let us into the parking as they don't give codes or cards to customers. Once upstairs we were unable to go back to our car to receive our luggage so had to go back to reception, as you can not access the carpark. Was just so weird and inconvenient. There are 400 rooms on one floor, so also was a long way to reception. Overall will never stay there again. No cooking facilities not even a microwave.

Fantastic hotel, our room was beautiful and even had a bath. Such a good location. Highly recommend it. Check in was slightly confusing as its in the Sofitel but once we shorted that (which was easy) we had a great stay and will come back again.

Very good stay

The room was big and the view was amazing. Used the pool and was alone, the weather was bad but didn't bother me. Huge bed and very comfy. So quiet even with the balcony door open.

Arrived at 1:00AM-- no reception. Spent 30 minutes in an elevator waiting for someone to turn up. Looked out over a bus depot that made excessive noise. Poor temperature controls on air-conditioning.. Noisy plumbing in bathroom. Just not a good hotel and should not be on an Expedia list.

Unfortunately air conditioning didn’t work for the two nights, had to have the balcony window open which was extremely noisy, toilet constantly flushed, shower basin had hairs in it, temporary electric fan providers like sleeping next to a jet engine. The room was very hot as the air-conditioning wasn’t working properly, they did provide us with 2 fans to cool the room. We ended up sleeping with the sliding door open all night. They should have told us this when checking in.
