Pros - easy and early check in. Close to CBD, bus station just outside the hotel. Good size room, good size shower. Comfortable bed. Cons - tiny reception, some cobwebs on the ceiling, staying on first floor actually means you feel like you are in the basement, squeeky bathroom door wake other person up in the middle of the night, absolutely terrible and small fridge Result - good value for money, hotel can do better if maintained and run with more care about customer experience.

I stayed here for work, and was really impressed. It was just one night, but I wish it was more. Breakfast - I was a little disappointed when I booked when it said “contextual breakfast” but, when I got down for breakfast it was a full cooked buffet PLUS continental. Seriously impressed. The room was clean, well presented and spacious. Location was great for pick up and drop off. If you want a great central location, friendly staff and a great breakfast, this is the place.

The rooms are not soundproof and the hotel is used for emergency housing which leads to some very questionable people in the hotel and I did not feel safe in the breakfast areas. We had to complain as there was a party in the room next to us.

Excellent stay. Came to celebrate my birthday and the staff organised sparkling wine and balloons to be delivered which was much appreciated. Room was cosy, but very comfortable for the 3 nights we stayed. Highly recommend and definitely worth the rate we paid
