We were made extremely welcome and the breakfast was very good. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. The tram route runs next to the hotel and during the morning and evening this can be disturbing. It is at least 500 metres to a restaurant that serves anything but street food and there is no facility for a warm drink in the evening. It is a good place for exploring the old town where facilities are good.

TOP CHOICE FOR OUR RETURN TO AUGSBURG.

Very comfortable accommodations within 15 minutes walking distance to the city center. Impeccably clean, well furnished rooms. Breakfast comprised large assortment of choices. The establishment is well run and definately worthy of a return visit. Great value.

The hotel was about a 10 min walk from the city center. The room seemed clean but was located on the side of the main entrance so was a bit noisy. I didn't appreciate the hotel putting a monthly hold on my credit card until my check in date. It was a bit confusing as I thought the hotel was triple charging the room on my card. We stayed at more than a half dozen hotels during our trip and this was the only hotel that did this and the rate didn't even include breakfast.

We loved Augsburg...

Great hotel! The only complaint we have is the smell of the room. I believe our room was at one time a smoking room. We only stayed one night so it wasn't a big deal.

Excellent hotel in Augsburg. Close to the center of town with a warm friendly staff. They service team was always friendly and even provided me a converter for my laptop when I snuck out of my room early to catch up with happenings in America

Great night sleep in Augsburg

This staff went the extra mile to welcome our family at 11:00 PM The are a great staff and service was super outstanding for a Saturday departure they even open the breakfast service an hour earlier for our family They were the greatest

Very helpful staff.

The room that I booked had been cancelled upon arrival due to my credit card going out of date between booking it and turning up at the hotel. They did a pre authorization on my card and it was declined and as a result they cancelled my room. Although I did not stay there the hotel reception was clean and had an Irish bar next door if you wanted a change of scenery. The staff apologized and could have done no more to find me alternative accommodation. The girl on reception called about 6 hotels until a room was found, which impressed. Even though my stay didn't turn out as I expected, I wouldn't let it put me off booking a room there again.
