This is not hotel and should not be listed. I wish to make claim against ebook era for misrepresenting this as hote. Locked not open, no staff, no reception, dirty around entrance door. I did not stay but was followed on footpath by drunk owner and arguing that it is not an hotel. I took taxi to Holyday Inn. Please consider this as basis of claim for return of money and for Euro 200 expenses. I am long time registered with ebookers - never had this experience before

Es interessiert keine ob Man einen Parkplatz finden kann. Tiefgarage war schon geschlossen. Rezeptionist sagte uns wir sollen Strassen runter Parkplatz suchen. Sonst Ok

Hallo Munir,vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, uns zu bewerten. Wir freuen uns, dass Sie mit Ihrem Aufenthalt insgesamt zufrieden waren. Was die Parksituation angeht, ist es als zentral gelegenes Innenstadthotel immer eine gewisse Herausforderung, die perfekte Lösung zu finden. In wir haben selbst nur einige wenige Parkplätze vor dem Hotel, so dass hier nur wenige Gäste parken können. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich allerdings zwei öffentliche Parkhäuser, auf deren Öffnungszeiten wir allerdings keinen Einfluss haben. Ich hoffe, Sie haben noch einen Parkplatz gefunden und könnten Ihren Aufenthalt bei uns trotzdem genießen.Wir würden uns sehr freuen, Sie wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen!Mit BESTen Grüßen aus AugsburgIhr Hotel Augusta Team
