Room was great! But the front desk woman who checked me in was amazing! Polite, helpful, but also saw I was crying telling our daughter bye, and brought over tissues. SO THOUGHTFUL! The extra mile! Very impressed!

The bed was extremely comfortable which I appreciated after coming off of a very long flight. It was a great way to kick off a long conference, too! Well rested! Also, the beds at the big conference at the larger Hotel were terrible hahaha!
