The room looked like it could use some help infrastructure wise. The water was cold and never warmed up, which happened to be on the coldest day of the year thus far. When I told the front desk about the issue, her response was lacking any empathy and explained that the shower may needed to have been running for 5-10 minutes BEFORE it warmed up. This has by far been one of the worst short stays that I have had in decades.

There was a constant stale smell in the room for the time of the stay. The drains in the tub and sink, were drained slow. They should be snaked regularly to remove clogs. The counters were sticky, I had to clean as best I could and lay napkins down on the surfaces near the television and desk before placing any of my person items there.

Staff was rude at first. Room was nice but shower wasn’t full power due faucet broken so bath and shower ran at same time. Ice machine was broken. Plus was the bed and pillows were very comfortable.
