Spring Break Stay

It was an amazing stay! We loved the room accommodations and the breakfast items. Our only criticism would be the location; while it is convenient to get to downtown Austin from the highway, the constant noise at night makes it extremely difficult to sleep. However, the staff were so nice, the accommodations were plentiful, the elevators were nice, and the breakfast was lovely!

Deeply disappinted

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I have to say, it was a deeply disappointing experience. The condition of the place was far below what I expected—worn-out furniture, stained carpets, and a general sense of neglect that made it feel anything but welcoming. The bed, which should be a sanctuary after a long day, was uncomfortable and lumpy, leaving me tossing and turning all night. To make matters worse, the air conditioning unit was absurdly loud, rattling and humming like it was about to break down, which only added to the sleepless misery. The real kicker, though, was the complete lack of a car charger. The hotel’s website and ads hyped up all these modern amenities, including car chargers for guests, but there wasn’t even a single one available on the property that was in working condition. It’s one thing to oversell a place, but this felt like straight-up false advertising—extremely misleading and frustrating when you’re relying on those conveniences. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone unless they’re fine with paying for a promise that doesn’t deliver.
