Great Location!

Stayed for a concert at the Moody Center, super convenient! Clean hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast provided. Parking does come out to $50 per day with taxes.

Suite we had was very spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included but was limited and average. They were undergoing some renovations but that was not a distraction form the stay at all

Very nice hotel near Moody Center. Room was clean and comfy. Staff at reception were friendly. They recommended restaurants and told us best route to our concert. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great spot. Decent price. Hotel needs some attn

Great location and decent price, but for that price, I would expect a perfect room. Hotel was under construction, there was a lot wrong that still needed to be fixed, so they changed me to an accessible room, which included a seat in the tub that would not get out of the way. As usual in a hotel, there was hair in the shower, there was also a big clump in the sheets. Staff was exceptionally friendly. I cannot say enough good about them.

Hidden Gem

The customer service provided by this hotel is like none other. I really appreciated the late check out and room upgrade. I was in town to run the marathon, and this hotel definitely made a positive difference in my Austin experience.
