After being at the Capitol for a 12hr day we arrived at the hotel to find out they had given our rooms away because we didn’t check in by the deadline (that wasn’t listed anywhere on anyone’s confirmation email) and couldn’t rebook us because we used a “3rd party the first time”. When I asked if he was saying they were sold out of rooms, he said no but we’re in the middle of a night audit and can’t book anyone until noon. So we had to go stay elsewhere. The guy working didn’t have any solutions and a pretty poor attitude about it.

Hotel and staff were great. Great location. Walkable to Moody Amphitheater for concert. Great little hole in the wall restaurants like Arturo's Underground, Chicken Bowl, Texas Chili Parlor and Acre 41 for upscale. Quiet area at night. Public parking garage around the corner if you don't want to valet. Cool people behind the Analog bar downstairs esp Alex. Reasonable room rate.

This hotel fit perfectly for my stay in Austin! I had a concert to attend and was able to walk to and from the Moody Center. Definitely got my steps in! Everything was perfect at the hotel! Staff was friendly and the stat comfortable. I would definitely recommend a stat here!
